From Kageno to you: Best wishes for a Happy & Healthy New Year.
Thank you for your support of our projects throughout the past year. Thanks to you, four of many reasons that 2016 was great for our Kageno communities:
- 3500 students benefited from Kageno's feeding and education programs.
- 1000 adult community members learned to grow their own food, and provided essentials like seeds and fertilizer to get them started.
- 80 women delivered babies in Banda and were able to return home soon after rather than having to walk hours to the nearest hospital and be away for months thanks to expanded services at our health clinic.
- 27 individuals and small groups grew businesses in crafting or farming that allow them to provide for their families thanks to our microloan program.
The upcoming year presents many new challenges as well as opportunities to work for worldwide change. Please consider ending 2016 by giving a year-end, tax-deductible donation to help Kageno continue our critical work— • Educating and feeding malnourished children
* Developing sustainable environmental and agricultural programs
* Training local people in income producing businesses
• Providing access to life saving health care
The future of these projects depends on your generosity. A gift now ensures the future of our projects in Kenya and Rwanda in the New Year!
Warmest wishes,
Frank Andolino
