Jeremiah Hakizimana is a new addition to the Kageno team in Banda as a nurse in the clinic! Jeremiah received his bachelor's degree in nursing from Mwaro University in Burundi. During his studies, Jeremiah wrote a publication evaluating the knowledge of and attitudes towards modern contraceptives among childbearing women.
Jeremiah has trained and worked on programs dealing with tuberculosis patients as well as the prevention of HIV/AIDS transference between pregnant mothers and their newborns. We are confident that Jeremiah will bring valuable knowledge and skills to the clinic in Banda and we're so thrilled to have him on the team.
